ABOUT US
Injury Specialists is a physician-led practice in St. Louis for the treatment of injuries and pain. We integrate assessment, diagnosis, and the latest in injection therapy and medication management with manual physical therapy, rehabilitation and surgery, all under one roof. We have been practicing pain management for over 25 years.

How does injury happen? Pain is the symptom of inflammation and irritation, which can be caused by abnormal neural anatomy, abnormal movement, abnormal position, or all three.
